Contacting Jonathan Amos Photography
When you complete the contact form on our website, it will create a secure record of your data which will be stored whilst we respond with reference to the services and products requested. If there is no further contact your data will be deleted after 12 months.
If we are requested to fulfil a job requirement, your data will be stored on our password protected computer and external hard drives indefinitely. At any time, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold and/or you may request its removal.
Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties.
How we get the information and why we have it:
Most of the personal information we process is provided directly by you for the following reason:
Delivery of photographic related services, ie:
• Names, addresses and contact information of the person(s) using our services.
• Names (and possibly age and gender) of attendees at a photo shoot.
• Details and notes taken during conversations to help provide the services and products requested. Occasionally data may be obtained from a third party, eg a family member or friend might request our services for you.
We will use the information that you have given us in order to:
· Provide the best quality advice and photography for you.
· Provide direct marketing to you regarding products or services provided by Jonathan Amos Photography.
You have a right to refuse marketing information at any time - please let us know via our contact details. We will never share or sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Copyright and Storage of photographs
We publish images on our website and social media etc for marketing purposes and the copyright remains with us. If, however, there are any of your photographs published on our website which you would like removed, please contact me. We will remove them.
All photographs are stored indefinitely on our password protected computer and external hard drives to facilitate the provision of good service eg in the event that you should require future copies. Of course, if you would prefer that particular images should be permanently deleted, please let us know.

Our website is operated on our behalf by Zenfolio.com. We endeavour to ensure that our website is secure. However, you recognise that when you provide your information to us through our website or when you send us or ask us to send you any confidential information by email, that the internet and email communication over the internet may not be secure. We cannot be responsible for any loss or unauthorised interception of information transmitted over the internet which is beyond our control. In addition, our Privacy policy only applies to our website where it is located. We are not responsible for the privacy, security or content of any other website.
